HHWG successfully hosted 5-session AP Physics 1 Prep Camp from March 01 to March 29, 2025. The Camp led by by instructor Yufei Ye with assistance from Eric Huang. The class ran from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and included a structured lecture followed by a Q&A session. Yufei also dedicated additional time after class for homework correction.

In lesson 1, students reviewed the kinematic equations and kinematic ideas about velocity, acceleration, and force vectors.

In lesson 2, students reviewed Newton's 3 laws of motion and force body diagrams along with work, energy, and power. Many vocabulary words, formulas, and concepts were refreshed.

In lesson 3, students reviewed energy, center of mass, momentum, and impulses. We went over the different formulas and processes associated with these subjects, along with tips and implementations.

In lesson 4, students reviewed rotational energy, kinematics, momentum, and impulses. We went over the different formulas and processes associated with these subjects, such as inertia.

In our fifth and final lesson, students reviewed simple harmonic motion with springs and pendulums, and went over multiple review problems. Students were able to engage in discussion with instructors about the topics taught, and work together to solve practice problems.

To conclude our 5 day AP Physics 1 review camp, we'd like to extend a heartfelt thanks to everyone for taking the time out of their day to show up and attend our classes.
