Hand in Hand We Grow Featured in Lake Washington School Foundation Newsletter

This past summer, Hand in Hand We Grow (HHWG) hosted five free summer camps and organized a successful Pantry Packs Fundraiser, raising $350 to provide 50 food packs for students facing food insecurity in the Lake Washington School District (LWSD). Following our donation, HHWG was interviewed by the district, where we shared the inspiring story behind our camps and fundraiser. The Lake Washington Schools Foundation (LWSF) was moved by our efforts and believes our story will inspire greater community awareness of the growing food insecurity issue within our schools.
